The journey of wellness is an ongoing road for everyone. I believe that my job as a therapist is to assist you, to be your partner on this journey together.

Growing up I've always had the passion to help and with that mindset I worked as a hair & make up artist at salons and as a concierge at Four Seasons Hotel. Seeing the people I served leaving with a smile on their faces was always my top priority. After a while I was hoping for a career that can create a long lasting relationship and can change people's well-being in a deeper level, at that time a nurse at the Royal Jubliee Hospital in Victoria where I used to volunteer told me that she believed I should look into registered massage therapy!

Being a RMT has brought me so many opportunities in travelling, meeting professional athletes, treating population from various background and also now giving me the chance to give back to the school that helped me to accomplish my dream - Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Outside work you will find me trying out all different foodie spots around town, so don't hesitate to share your food passion with me!

The first step to improvement is to take that first step. That little push can create big changes that would have never happened if that chance wasn’t taken.

I have always been involved in healthcare for as long as I can remember.  Growing up, I also participated in almost every sport and activity, including basketball, volleyball, dragonboat, bouldering, wushu and tai chi.  After working in healthcare in both community and hospital settings for over 15 years, it was only a matter of time that I would move onto a more hands-on profession that would combine both healthcare and working with the physical body.

Through massage therapy, I have learned more about the human body, how it functions, and how it moves.  It allows me to help and encourage others to live a better quality of life and inspires me to further my knowledge in massage and manual therapy.

If I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me on the ice, taking photos, or around gaming with a bubble tea.

Life is all about balance. Relaxation is a steppingstone to tranquility. My goal is to give your body a little love, it deserves it. The greatest gift to yourself is self-care.
inhale peace | exhale happiness

I have always enjoyed helping others find relaxation and enjoyment. My education in becoming a Registered Massage Therapist combined my passion for helping people with a thorough understanding of how the human body works. Combined, these motivate me to find treatments that will bring you therapeutic, peaceful, and relaxing massage therapy. As your RMT I can focus on connecting with your well being and assist your body in reducing pain, whether it is because of injury or stress. I will work with you, my patient, in achieving balance in your life by listening so I understand your specific goals and needs.

“The real purpose of giving massage is to foster more depth of feeling of one another in order to bring out the love that

often lies buried beneath the pain of everyday suffering”

– Robert Calvert –
listen | empathy | respect

I like to eat, cook, workout, shop, travel, photograph, and decorate during my free times. Food is my fuel and joy. Feel free to share your secret foodie spots. Always trying new things to expand my comfort zone and experiences.

I have always had a deep reverence for the human body and its capacity to change, adapt and heal.

I believe that our fast-paced and busy world has a significant impact on both our mental and physical experience. For this reason, I center my practice around slowing down and creating space for rest, relaxation and body awareness. I work alongside you to create functional goals, while respecting your awareness of your own personal needs in order to heal and move through pain or dysfunction.

I use an array of modalities including classic Swedish, myofascial, trigger point release, and neuromuscular therapy.

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to connect with you and be a part of your healing journey.

Boba is our canine receptionist, she is here on casual basis when her mama (Stephanie) is at work. But when she is at the studio she always wants to give you some extra pet therapy!

Boba is a recent rescue from China, she's a 4 years old Pomeranian Mix. Boba is more on the shy side but she's slowly becoming more friendly the more she gets to meet you, and of course a little bit of treats in your hand will always speed up that friendliness level!

Boba is protective by nature, she might bark a bit when a new patient enters the studio, but she's not aggressive and once she recognize your scent, she is very relaxed.

We are truly lucky to have a canine companion with us sometimes, but we also want to make sure this is a safe and comfortable environment for you too! So please do let us know if you are allergic to dogs or if you prefer not to interact with her while you are at the studio.

The practice of massage therapy is the assessment of soft tissue and joints of the body and the treatment and prevention of dysfunction, injury, pain and physical disorders of the soft tissues and joints by manual and physical methods to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical function to relieve pain and promote health.

Current research suggests that there is a direct link between our physical well-being and our mental or emotional state, which can be positively affected by massage therapy. Research also supports the use of massage therapy as an effective approach in injury management and rehabilitation, as well as part of a preventive care program.
